4. Booking Policy

When you book a tour, trek, or adventure package through Trekway Adventures, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

  • Prices are quoted in USD or PKR, unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to revise prices in case of currency fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier rate updates.

  • You must provide valid identification and accurate personal information for all participants.

Once confirmed, your booking acts as a binding agreement between you and Trekway Adventures.

5. Payments and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 25–30% of total cost) is required to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start date of the trip (as specified in your invoice).

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other approved digital platform.

Failure to complete payments by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Traveler:

If you cancel your trip:

  • 60+ days before departure: 75% refund (excluding deposit)

  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days: No refund

By Trekway Adventures:

We may cancel or modify trips due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, natural disasters, political instability). In such cases:

  • You may choose an alternative date or a full refund (excluding unrecoverable costs).

Note: We are not responsible for refunds of external costs such as flights, visas, or travel insurance.

7. Health, Safety & Fitness Requirements

Adventure travel involves physical activity and risk.
By booking, you confirm that:

  • You are in good health and physically capable of participating.

  • You will disclose any medical conditions before booking.

  • You understand and accept potential risks related to adventure activities.

We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before joining high-altitude or physically demanding trips.

8. Travel Insurance

All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellation

  • Lost baggage

  • Emergency evacuation (for treks and remote trips)

Failure to present valid insurance may result in exclusion from the trip without refund.

9. Itinerary and Service Modifications

Adventure travel is unpredictable. Weather conditions, local regulations, or other factors may cause changes to itineraries.

We reserve the right to:

  • Alter routes, accommodation, or schedules as needed for safety or operational reasons.

  • Substitute services of equal or higher value if necessary.

These modifications will not be considered a breach of contract.

10. Responsibility and Liability

While Trekway Adventures takes every measure to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or illnesses during your trip

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Delays or changes due to weather, strikes, or natural disasters

  • Actions or negligence of third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies)

Participants join trips at their own risk and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides or partners.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on trekwayadventures.com — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is owned by Trekway Adventures and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
